I don't mind answering the question because I'm small and I get the "WOW" look from men and women when I tell them how much I can lift.

With that said my recent PB was 95lbs/5 reps.

I also caught (and held for at least 5 seconds) my 225 lb (solid muscle) male friend who thought it would be fun to run and jump on me (he was playing the trust game and since I trusted him enough to catch me he figured he'd do the same).

I'm proud of my personal bests when I reach them and I like to tell people how much I can lift.
I think it's more of a guy thing. I have noticed a lot of women... wait a minute... where is your shirt?

Aww crap. I hate it when I lose that thing!

At least you didn't call me out for being a hypocrite.

I never understood the question either. I mean, a bench press is not the end all be all to how healthy you are overall.

Not that it matters and I've only been working out since the beginning of the summer, I can do a 20lbs dumbell in each hand for a full slow 3 sets of 16 reps.

When I was if fantastic shape before having my son almost 6 years ago, I could do an easy 45lb bar with around 15 on each side for full sets. I pushed myself once and did about (it's been a while) 100lbs for 2 reps.

People seemed (when I was in GREAT shape) to be more impressed with how much I could squat though.

Always respond with "How much do you squat?".

Although my bench is more impressive than my squat but if someone asks that I bet they don't squat.
