Mini Milestone

I broke into the 170's!! I haven't weighed this little since I was 6 months pregnant.

I've never even attempted to diet before. I would try a work out video or run for a few weeks, but the more I exercised the more crap I ate. I could kick myself for not doing this sooner. It certainly isn't easy. I still have a long way to go, but I actually enjoy exercise and dieting isn't as miserable as I thought it would be. I love that I can picture a future where I'm healthy, energetic and trim! I'm a little disappointed that I've lost 15 pounds and I don't need new pants yet, but I have been able to bust out some fitted shirts that have been in hiding for three years. I'm also disappointed that no one else has noticed the change yet, but it will come.

    good job, but remember, it isn't a diet it is a LIFESTYLE change!!!! It's forever.

    I still have a hard time with this one. Some days I really miss the "bad old days" when I ate anything and everything.

    Just say no to the old days....buy a new pair of jeans...a few sizes smaller than you are now...make that your first goal.......it will feel so awesome when you get there!!!!
