That confusing calorie count

I have been sticking with the 1200 calories a day and if I get a work out in I just burn more for the day but I don't go past the 1200 intake a day.
You can monitor by weight loss. + or -. If I were to stay the same or gain I would cut it a little...if I were loosing to fast I would add a little.
makes it easy.

I do very much the same as you in that my calculated level is 1470 calories and I burn about 600 calories 7 days a week during my workouts. I seldom eat over the 1470 limit and I've been successful in working my weight down. I have on occasion gone to the limit on my calories with definite negative impact on my plan.
