Been on here 4 weeks and lost 14lbs

At 46 with high blood pressure and sleep apnea its time to lose some weight and start to feel good. Weighed in at 106Kg and at 6ft 2" classified obese but its all large frame, not to bad muscle from campaign a few years ago and a belly I want to be rid of. Anyway now down to 99.7Kg through portion control, at least half hour light exercise a day and plenty of water and green tea. Now going to slow down the weight loss with a few more calories (mainly protein) to support muscle growth and toning (going to hit the gym again (Heavy lifts 5 days a week low reps) to supplement the home dumbell work but been thwarted by tennis elbow) hoping for a soft landing to 90Kg and moving the belly up to the chest and shoulders...
