gone over my carbs?

Hi

I have just started using myfitnesspal I have started to record all the food I have been eating and drinking.
I have gone over on my carbs but I still havel 232 cal, 24 fats and 6 protein left.

If I use all my carls up does it mean I do not use up any more of my cals.?

I am finding it hard to work on carbs and fats what is better being over on carbs or fats. How can I get a balance.?
I am not sure if it is becuse I am trying to take in the right amount of carbs etc but I feel a little sicky could it be because I as taken in
to many carb.? and not enough cals. can anyone help.?
