About to hit the panic button - HELP!!

Has anyone done 30 day shred and got BIGGER???? I am on day 6 day today (of level 1) and put my jeans on for the first time since I started and they are TIGHTER! About to blow a head gasket here!!! I am eating healthily, sticking to my macros etc so not sure wtf is going on!! And not its not that time of the month or anything.

  • Are you sore at all? If your calories are in check, it's most likely water retention. Very common. It will subside.

    Maybe you're getting more buff. And 6 days isn't much, keep at it!

    I couldn't get my legs in my jeans this morning either, but it is leg day.

    Don't worry. I gained 3 lbs. when I started the 30 Day Shred. It is water retention from your sore muscles. It will pass in a bit. Hang in there and drink lots of fluid. You will love what the Shred does for your butt, abs and legs.

    I've done the 30 day shred many times! I find most times I gain a couple pounds in the first week or so, but then starting losing pounds. As well, you should be starting to notice your clothing fits a bit looser!!

    hmmmm check your calories maybe? i think it's strange to get bigger unless you're eating more.
    plus it's only been 6 days you could be retaining water.
