Calories in Beef Differ??

According to MFP 3 oz of 80% lean beef in patty form (hamburger) has 230 cal. but the package I have in my hand for dinner tonight says 4 oz has 71 cal. Now, of course I'd love to go with the latter but I'm thinking I shouldn't. It seems a little off. I did some internet research and it seems MFP is more correct than my beef. I DID get it from a health food store though. Could that have anything to do with it? And which calorie are more correct?
