Upping Calories

I think I first posted this in the wrong place so I'll try again.

Basically I have hit a plateau for the last two months. Been on MFP for almost five months, lost 23 pounds in the first three.

Taken from suggestions I have seen on here I am upping my calories from 1500 to 2300, workout 6 days a week, not counting exercise cals.

Anyone else had success upping cals and losing more?
