I've just bought a HRM and it's asked me to input the uppoer heart rate limit, and I've no idea what that means? It's a Karrimor one and the instructions are rubbish!!
Any help would be appreciated

It's going to vary by person, but you can approximate it by taking 220 and subtracting your age. I'm 43, so my max heart rate should be somewhere in the 177 range.0

Hmm typically it calculates that for you once your put all your information in. Sometimes you can customize them afterwards if you want to change it from default.0
