Remember the Day before you started ?

I have thought about what I ate the day before I started tracking and found this site. My first food of the day was a double with large fries and a Frosty from Wendy's @ 12:30 AM, then I went to bed around 1 AM. On my way to work I stopped at Burger King and Grabbed 2 Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissants, a large hash round, and OJ. Then I left work, going to my Doctors appointment, and stopped at Wendy's and again had a double with cheese, large fries, and a large frosty. My appointment was at 1 pm. For dinner I believe I had 1/2 of a large meat lovers pizza, and for desert a rather large (4 or 5 cup) bowl of Bryers Butterfinger Ice Cream.
I stopped adding those calories when I hit 4000, and even though it has only been 3 weeks I can't imagine eating anywhere close to that now (thankfully).
What was your last meal before you started to track?

I honestly can't remember! But John I can almost bet you that you could not even finish that kind of meals any more..I know my stomach has shrunk. Congrats to you, you've come a long way!!0

The Jalapeno Double Cheese Burger from Sonic with large tater tots and Iced Tea. Honestly, I didn't eat a lot like that but typical of most I felt like I was giving up soooo much to do this. Like other comments - I can't imagine eating that now.0

Cant remember dinner but im positive my snacks were about 4 oz of doritos with 6 tbsp of hot sauce, a nestea, and about a cup of vanilla ice cream with oreos...yeah...0

Aww, sorry to hear that, but when I did...it made me laugh.0 -
I ate an entire box of chicken wings! About 25 of them! Unlike some of you I have to be honest and say I miss them dearly. I still eat them for a snack once in awhile but instead of the whole box I eat a six pack.0

Not specifically. But I know it probably involved piece of wheat toast, sharp cheddar cheese slice and a Morningstar breakfast patty. Or sometimes for breakfast, I'd instead treat myself to Dunkin Donuts iced latte, apple fritter & hash browns.
And I work from home during lunch and dinner hours, so I need something quick & easy. My lunches were usually hummus & feta in a sundried tomato wrap. (I'd try to add some greens- cucumber & lettuce).
And sadly, I had gotten into the habit of having Totinos cheese rolls (or whatever they are called)0 -
The day before I started was July 4. We were at a party, of course, with TONS of food, so there's no way to know. I didn't log it. I'm sure that I had grilled chicken and a burger and some potato salad and baked beans, maybe some chips. Also some cookies, pie, ice cream. Mostly I remember the fireworks though. One guy threw one near the pool and nearly hit my daughter.0

Oh my God you all are making me hungry! My typical day was McDonalds for breakfast, a Jumbo Cheeseburger and Fries from the diner next door and my very favorite dinner was hot wings with blue cheese dressing. It is quite disgusting when you think of it. AND, I am proud to say I have not had one french frie this entire year!!! (I started my new life on Jan 2).0

If it weren't for MFP, I wouldn't remember what I ate for lunch today. 100 days ago my days consisted of 2 breakfasts, closely followed by lunch, then a snack before dinner and dessert. I do remember that I bought a bag of hershey's chocolates that day and pawned them off on my boyfriend the very next day when I looked at the calorie count.0

Oh yes.... Doctor appointment for new prescription of blood pressure meds and to hear results of lab work. Of course they weigh you and what a shocker that was!! My labs were very good and I was cleared to begin serious weight loss. I knew this would require drastic changes in my lifestyle, as far as eating went. It was after that appointment that I went to McDonald's and had a farewell double quarter pounder with cheese, large fries and large Dr Pepper. That was my meal for the day. That was a week ago today... I returned this morning, just to use their scales, and was down by 9 lbs. YAY!!0

I started a Healthy Living for Life Class on Aug 4th. On the 3rd I crazed through my kitchen eating different high calorie air and washed them down with a couple of brewzkies. That seems so long ago and I really don't miss my beer as I considered it liquid calories I can do without.0

I had lost about 6 lbs before I joined here, rewarded myself medium sausage/pepperoni pizza from Dominos. I weighed in the next day and I was back over the 300 mark. I then decided to find a calorie counter, found MFP, and even though i didnt eat it that day, my first log is that 2000+ calorie pizza just as a reminder I can't eat like that anymore0

I used to eat entire boxes of TGIF Jalapeno Poppers in one-two sittings. I don't remember my specific meal... but I work at McDonalds, so I can only imagine.0
