Habit breaking tips, please?

I have dinner at about 5-7 pm. I make sure it fills me up without killing my calories. I eat back only half the calories MFP tells me I've burned, and I've got my calories set to 20% lower than my BMI. I originally had my calories set to about 35% below my BMI, and was constantly hungry after starting the 30 day shred. It caused me to overeat after my bf went to bed.
Now, I'm getting the calories I need and I feel full, but eating late became a habit no matter how full I feel. It's getting to the point where I will eat and it wakes me up, and makes me lose sleep. Which makes me eat more.
Tips to break the habit?

When it's late and I've already had my dinner, if I still feel hungry, I'll make a protein shake with almond milk and protein powder. If I'm out of powder, I'll make chocolate milk. That fills me up and I will go to sleep. My husband likes to have his dinner when he's ready for bed and I used to have my dinner with him. Now, I just make him something quick or leftovers, and I have a glass of milk (with protein or choc syrup).0

are you hungry or are you bored? drink some water and if you are still hungry, eat something without sugar like celery with almond butter. The fewer times you spike your blood sugar / insulin levels, the more fat burning time you have. The article below helps explain a little bit more eloquently:

I still have to always ask myself if I want to eat because of habit, time, social conventions, etc. I really try to eat when I am hungry. This will take time and practice to listen to your body. Don't worry, in time you will get there :-)0 -
First of all, I think you mean your BMR
Secondly, you should figure out your TDEE for your calorie deficit.

Go to sleep before you get a chance to eat again.0
