TOP LOSERS CLUB

Hi everybody, Ive juststarted the top losers club all welcome to join. Ive done weight loss before with my walking and cycling my best effort was dropping from 110 KG to 82KG in 16 months. Im not so bad these days but I dont want to go back up to the big 110 so lets group together pass on those tips and help each other lose weight and look good.
