My morning ,ixed grain oatmeal keeps me full a long time. Tonight for supper I made a bean soup using vegetables and several varieties of dried beans. I am still feeling stuffed after a few hours.

I can't eat oatmeal in the morning b/c it seems to make me hungrier faster. FiberOne cereal and greek yogurt seem to do the trick!

Nuts & Seeds - Pistachio nuts are an excellent source of vegetable protein and fiber, and least amount of calories and fat of all nuts. Sunflower seeds are also high in protein.

Any kind of protien, although I guess it depends what kind of dieting you are doing. If, like me, carbs are the enemy, a couple pieces of cheese or a handful of nuts work great. Even just a pepperette can tide you over until your next meal. And of course, water, water, water! lol
