So i've been of the site for around a year now. I have gained even more weight from my last time around. I was at 165 now I'm at 175. Looking to stay strong and would love some encouragement/ accountability please. I am a little embarassed, but I really want to work hard and get it done this time around!

You can do it! Don't be embarrassed - just jump in with both feet
Find a plan that works for you/your body and stick to it. Most importantly, make it a lifestyle change (not just a diet) and you'll be well on your way!

You can do it this time! Just get a plan and stick to it as much as possible. If you make a mistake or "fall off the wagon", just get back on and start fresh the next day. Best wishes!0
