Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules

Hi all,

Just a quick one to see everyone's take on the above. I've been told that the acidity of the vinegar helps controls cravings and prolongs the feeling of being full.

Just wanted to see if anyone's actually got info on them instead of just marketing blurb!
