I would love to look like gymnastics chick. I'm built like basketball chick. But I probably look most like weightlifting chick.
BTW... why does weightlifting chick have so much body fat??
Weightlifters in categories with bodyweight cuttoffs you'll find to be WAY leaner. Actually among the leanest of any athletes.
Hmm... I was not aware of that. I'm just used to seeing lean lifters. It surprised me a bit. But kudos to her. I'm sure she could bench press two of me!0 -
Most of our idea of a perfect body have been molded from marketing, advertising, and tv. It's bullsh*t. Models, musicians, actors...the things they go through, you don't even want to know. And, there's nothing healthy about it. I like the volleyball girl.0

I just watched a documentary called Spirit of the Marathon that had that Deena chick in it (I think she had a different last name, must've gotten married?) And I thought to myself, don't get carried away like that girl. She's creepy skinny. She looks a lot better in that picture.
edited to try to add a pic. Clearly I dunno how.

Deena Kastor - yeah, the pic that starts this thread is old I think. Obviously if you are an elite racing marathons light weight is crucial. I am sure she knows she is "creepy skinny" compared to even most fit people, but it's needed for what she runs. Safe to say she doesn't run for weight loss - she loses weight to run.0 -

In the picture that the OP posted she weighed 105, that's why she looked better. In this pic she weighs less than that at 5'4". Hope that helps you understand why she looks thinner in this picture because she is thinner in this picture.0 -
wow the trampoline girl has huge legs0
