My First Major NSV

After being on the new course of my life for 11 weeks (32 lbs down), I was starting to get light headed whenever I would get up from the table or from bending over. So went to the doctor, after a few checks, come to find out my blood pressure medicine is too strong and he halved the medication. He also said that if I keep up with my exercise and eating (weight loss) that he will more than likely remove me from the medicine totally. That is a big NSV for me.
