I have been on a massive YO-YO. I do good and sometimes depression kicks in and it just seems like all my efforts go down the drain. I continue what i do but it does not to seem to matter. I joined Planet Fitness, Very Cheap and a great place with lots of eqpt. This is Week ONE for me, I was 230, Brought myself down to 180, now back at 195 I am scared to weigh my self! lol. I want to do my real first weigh in on Monday next week.. Crossing my fingers!!
