What is the most accurate way to log the Turbo Jam Lower Body Jam? Is it considered strength training?

I've had this and most of the other TJ videos for years, but this was my first time to do Lower Body Jam. I just finished the 30 day shred, and this video REALLY works your inner and outer thighs and glutes (which is where I need a lot of work). You need a resistance band for it, but MAN does that resistance band work! I'm not really sure how to log it in my exercise, though. It's not really an aerobic type video. Anybody out there have any ideas?0
