I need some friends to help me get through this, people who have been through what I'm going through now. I feel out of control lately, and it sucks.

    I don't know what you're going through right now, but I recovered from EDNOS a few years ago and struggle with urges to go back now that I'm trying to lose weight. If you want to talk, just let me know.

    Click on "Groups" in the blue bar at the top of the page, and type "eating disorder" into the search box. There are several groups here with people who understand.
