Logging Tapout XT workouts?

How many calories do you log for these workouts?
I have found some calculators online that factor in my weight and length of time for the exercise but I am not sure as to how accurate they are. I am obviously not going to get an exact number but I want to make sure that it is close so I know that I am taking in the right amount of calories.
I see Zumba listed as an exercise on here, I wish they did the same with programs like Tapout, P90x etc.
Any help is appreciated.

I used my HRM when I was doing them. I created an exercise called tap out. Then I put which one I did in the comments.
If you don't have one I would get one. Everybody is different and calculators can be way off0 -
I use a hrm as everyone has different fitness levels but I've created my own exercise logs for each one0
