I'm done with my first week of C25K and was wondering what kind of stretching I should be doing. Already doing quad, inner thigh, runners stretch, calves. I got fitted for running shoes and have yet to get shin splints (SUPER excited about that) but my ankles are a little tight and sore. Other than that I'm golden.

    I am a huge fan of foam rolls. You can hit a lot with it. You did not mention the piriformis or IT bands, both of which can become tight fom running
