It has been about a year since I stopped using MFP, and I'm back. I hope I stay for a while :drinker:

Looking for new motivational and humorous MFP friends. :glasses: And cool, of course. I've gained 15 lbs. over the past year, and I really need a kick in the *kitten* sometimes, ehhh probably more like all the time.

I work overnights so my eating and exercise schedule is a little bit screwy, just like me

My plan is specific for me and I believe each person knows their body and what works best for them. So I won't judge if you have chocolate milk for bfast (I did it today!) or a bowl of plain oats.

I also suffer from frequent migraines which has made the last 12 hours difficult. That is actually why I had the choc. milk when I woke up - I needed to take my medicine. And this can get me discouraged sometimes.

Also, I don't particularly like the word diet. This is more of a lifestyle change then a diet for me. If I ever get out of where I am (now with those 15 extra pounds) I never want to go back. But, if I go back to eating the way I was - well then - I will probably be back on here with all that weight back.

I feel like I'm trying to win y'all over. haha

I hate sweating.

I love chicken wings.

Eggs make me sick (for some reason) sometimes. Which makes eating something other then peanut butter difficult. I'll eat egg whites every once and a while, because I think its mainly the yokes. But even then, egg whites still make me sick sometimes. WEIRD, I KNOW.

Any way, add me if you'd like! :flowerforyou:

I work the night shift so I know what you mean about a screwy eating/sleeping/whatevering schedule...you sound like you might be around my level of crazy, so I'll add you. (Where's the "crazy" emoticon? We should really have one.)
