Love oatmeal for a 'bedtime' snack -- helps me sleep. (In fact, I cannot eat it for breakfast.)

If I'm truly hungry, one tablespoon of peanut butter does the trick.

The best thing to eat before bed is a tub of ice cream. Then another one.
But because of this thing called fitness I have to get those out of my head and instead I'm now having cucumber slices, skim cheese and decaf tea. Good night :)

My post workout/final meal is usually something like this:
10 oz chicken w/ 2 cups steamed vegetables
2 sweet potatos with cinnamon and a little butter
2c cottage cheese mixed with a scoop of chocolate whey with 1oz walnuts and 200g mixed berries

Wash it down with 2 scoops whey, ice, and 1c greek yogurt mix.

I warm up a small bit of V8 juice, add some salt and pepper, and have it as a soup.

I usually have a high-protein Greek yogurt (Kroger's is great) with some sunflower seeds mixed in, then add it to tomorrow's breakfast total.

I usually have ice cream right before going to bed. Seriously, it doesn't matter what time you eat.

I almost always end my day with a glass of skim milk. I can't sleep if I am hungry & this always hits the spot!

If I eat ice cream too close to sleeping I have the most horrific nightmares!
