Daily Running AND 30Day Shred?

Hey guys,
So, it's taken a while, but I've gotten pretty into running again. I'm running 2 or 3 miles everyday now. However, I'm not really seeing a lot for weight loss results, and also want to add some strength training for toning. Has anyone does the 30 day shred and ran also? Were you too burnt out? What were your results like? Thanks!

  • I don't run, but I walk about 5 miles a day and I'm on Day 5 of the Shred.
    It's not bad. I was pretty sore the first couple days, but I'm good now and energy level is good:)
