Did you stay within your nutritional goals? pretty close (ate a little more ceral than I should have)

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? almost (7700 steps out of 10,000)

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? all of the laundry (thus all the walking)

What would I have done differently? hopped on the eliptical to get those last steps.

What is today's personal goals? the gym, stay in my calorie limit, office paperwork

Is this how it works? New to this topic and wondering if you start a new one each day. I like the brevity of this. I was spending too much time reading about personal stuff. I know the paperwork isn't physical but boy would it make me feel good to clear a bunch of it away!

Hoosiermomma: yep - goldk makes a new topic each day and it is short and sweet. Just a nice way to be accountable. I try to post on another topic too and sometimes it does get to be too much to keep up with, so I know what you mean.
