Pyle Sports Heart Rate Monitor belt/watch

Hello everyone! ~

I recently purchased a Pyle Heart Rate Monitor with watch and belt and I can't seem to get the belt to measure my heart rate?

I went running the other day for 20 minutes and the whole time I would check my watch to see my heart rate but it never showed up. Can anyone help?
