DAY 2 & all is good

Well i started my new healthy eating and fitness regime yesterday, im doing okay so far finding im under my recommended calorie intact and im enjoying my exercise again.

I lost a stone in 5 weeks in the summer doing the same thing im doing now but sort of slipped of the bandwagon after id been on holiday.

Now id like to lose about 2 stone maybe a little more and keep it off this time.

Would be good to make some friends on here to keep each other motivated.

I live near London, England but doesnt matter where people are from really if we can support each other.
