4th of October 2012 @ 08:13, I weigh12 stone (168lbs).... DONE IT...... GOAL..... after 18 months of dieting, & if you've read all this blog, quite badly sometimes too, miles and miles of walking, hours & hours in the gym, a marriage break up, I've done it. 84 pounds lost, 10 inches off my waist 2 inches of my neck & much healtier too, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY... I've gained so much more, confidence, self esteem & some amazing friends too... If anyone wants to add me feel free, I'm not going anywhere
