and managed to get rid of it?
I'm down 56lb so far i still have a way to go to get to goal i am confident i can do it, i am doing insanity at the min with some zumba thrown in somewhere during the week, i am noticing a huge difference on my legs, butt and arms but i still have a big wobbly jelly belly, after 3 babies and section i am wondering if i will ever lose it? I do extra ab work as often as i can manage doing crunches e.t.c but i'm not seeing the results

sadly stomach fat is often the last to go for women, so all i can suggest really is to keep at it, and be patient!0 -
I went from a size 16+ to a size 4/6 and I have an ok stomach now. You can check out my photos. I have a swimsuit photo on there and a picture from when I was heavy. Weight training has def been a huge help!
I should also add that I've never had kids ... so that helped getting my stomach to look half decent. I was pretty heavy though so it was still a challenge. Good luck!0 -

Honestly, the stomach area is mainly about losing fat and not ab work. You can do ab work till you are blue in the face, but if the extra fat is there, it won't matter.
My suggestion is to keep eating in a deficit and keep working at lowering body fat.0 -
bump, I also wonder the same thing , Ive had 3 kids and csections0

I have 3 children, and, you know, it might not be all fat. There could be a lot of loose skin. Sadly, the only option I can think of to remedy this problem is surgery to remove the extra skin. I also have a "jelly belly" and a few scars to go with it from my three pregnancy s. Maybe try to add in some pilates to see if that will tone things up? I LOVE Erin Huggins Pilates...look her up on YouTube.com She is AWESOME! Well, good luck to you. keep us updated on your progress!0
