    done - used 10 pds weights for everyother set of 10, used fabric softner jug (full of softner)1.5 qrt for every other set of ten, towards end with weights was getting more challenging

    Got my 100 in 5 pound weights for 50 and 3 pound weights for 50

    I keep forgetting to log in before 12....oops.
    I did 100 with 7lb weights. First time doing them all with weights, did them in sets of 20. I also finished the other 100 calf raises with 10# weights.
