Feel free to add me! :) Also on this journey to RECLAIM my body!!!
  • Thanks so much everyone!!!
  • Lots of support already!!! You guys have been fantastic!!!
  • I have never heard of "Body-For-Life" but I'm here for support! :)
  • "Body-for-Life" was originally designed by Bill Phillips and it's about total transformation - mind, mouth and muscle!! The "Body-for-Life" for Women takes it a few steps further and really tailors the program towards females...based on where you are in life. So far, this book makes TOTAL sense!!!
  • Feel free to add me. I am also trying to reclaim my body but doing it with a personal trainer. Same age, same goal.

Body For Life is a great program. It was very popular a good 10 to 15 years ago. People would take their before pictures and submit their after pictures 90 days later using the program. I would say it was P90X before Power 90 became P90X.

    Good luck with the program!
  • Thanks, Will...I think what I like most about it is that it teaches you the right way to eat, think, exercise to maintain a very "doable" healthy lifestyle. I really appreciate the encouragement!!!

I did Body for Life many years ago after my son was born (he'll be 10 in Feb) and had great results. I still have the orginal book, not the For Women one. It's something I plan on starting soon, but need to figure out how to fit it in - I'm doing the
30 Day Shred right now. I'll send you a friend request. Would love to be here for support for you.
