Slap Dash

I have been slap dash in my recording over the last 2 weeks and have put on 4lb! These have been my excuses/reasons

Surely a large slice of bread and butter doesnt need to be recorded
I dont need to weigh this cereal I know roughly what 50g looks like
One glass of fizzy fanta wont hurt - and I dont need to record it
I can register my excercies points and then not actually do the excercise so that the "You will weigh x in x days" looks better!! (I am terrible at this! I have all the intention of going then find an excuse not to!)

Has anyone else had these excuses as well? Fresh start for me starting.........now!
