    My daily targets are:

    Fat: 64g
    Carbs: 146g
    Protien: 195g

    Whats your macronutrient levels?

    I set my minimums as follows:

    1g/lb LBM in protein
    .35g/lb bodyweight in fat
    remainder in carbs, although I will exceed p/f regularly, which reduces CHO.

    Generally speaking I try not to go under 200g CHO when possible, for performance reasons.
