Intense Workout!

Yesterday I did P90 sculpt 1-2 and turbo jam for as well. I then went hiking… 16.5 miles. I am sore as heck, and still beat. Should I do my regularly planned exercise still today? Or would it be better to do a stretch routine and go for a walk… or just rest? I mean, what would be best for maximum results?

    It honestly depends on your fitness level. For some people, what you did would be a casual workout, for others it might have completely destroyed them. Where do you fall in this continuum?
