Intense Workout!

Yesterday I did P90 sculpt 1-2 and turbo jam for as well. I then went hiking… 16.5 miles. I am sore as heck, and still beat. Should I do my regularly planned exercise still today? Or would it be better to do a stretch routine and go for a walk… or just rest? I mean, what would be best for maximum results?

I'd say that rest is what your body needs most now!0

It honestly depends on your fitness level. For some people, what you did would be a casual workout, for others it might have completely destroyed them. Where do you fall in this continuum?0
