When you put down your exercise on MFP after playing the wii, what do you put it under?

I just did boxing, so would I put it under actual boxing?

'Cause what I did was put it under boxing/punching bag, but I don't know if that would be right.

Worked up quite a sweat in only ten minutes. haha.

you can put it under general aerobics, as punching with a punching bag is quite different as the is equal and opposite force coming against you when you hit the bag, Wii would be more like shadow boxing, but I'm not sure if that is in the database or not.

Boxing is a great deal of fun, If you are using an exorcising Wii program, for example I have EA active, then the program tells you how many calories you burned! You can just add it to the database yourself.

Do you have a HRM? I do, and use it when I do my Wii Fit Plus workout. You can also use "General Aerobics" and input the workout time the Wii Fit gives you - it should be fairly accurate.

    HTH!

I don't have a heart moniter as of yet.

and the wii sports doesn't tell you how much you've burned, so I guess i'll put it under general areobics.

Thanks for the input about the punching bag, I never though of that.
