I am not quite done yet but I'm pretty darn close (3 weeks to go). My results so far, which also includes tracking everything on MFP and staying within my goals (for the most part):

    SW: 219.6
    CW: 195.8

    Waist start: 44
    Waist now: 39.5

    Hips start: 45.5
    Hips now: 42.5

    Chest start: 44
    Chest now: 41

    Neck start: 17.5
    Neck now: 16.3

    Body fat % start: 32.4
    Body fat % now: 25.6

I'm looking forward to do another round of P90x after this one, because I've been very happy with the results. My goal is 1300 calories per day and I eat back 50-75% of my exercise calories.

I did P90x two years ago and had killer results. More definition, more stamina, and more energy. I am doing Insanity right now.

I'm finishing up my second recovery week, and I am very pleased with the results. I don't have hard numbers, but I"m down about 12 pounds, and I'm getting very close to my goal weight, so these are the stubborn pounds. Muscle definition has gone up noticeably, and I feel a lot fitter.

Some notes: Yoga X will suck if you haven't done yoga before. Do it anyway, and keep doing it. It has helped my flexibility a ton; I can now put my palms on the floor when I go to touch my toes. The same applies to X-Stretch on the off days.

Modify the moves as you need to; you'll still get a great workout. As time goes by, you'll keep getting better at them.
