Sor of new, looking for motivation.

My name is Raine. I've been on this train for a little while now, and I took a huge break in between. Basically it became a chore to track all my food, and I was thinking in numbers all the time. It became a bit overwhelming and I just stopped. I'm back now, and looking back, tracking everything and getting exercise really helped me lose some weight. Right now I'm at a weight I've been maintaining, which I am still pushing to shave. I noticed all but one of my friends I had on here just left, and I understand. I'm back now looking for some motivation and other friends to get to know on here.

Just thought I'd give it a shot.
