I have just been running up and down the fire escape at work, I think I'm gonna die haha

stick to protein ......no white stuff...bread rice potatoes ect it works....0

Go for a 30 minute walk at least 5 days a week and focus on eating right. This is a great alternative to planning tougher workouts that you end up not doing. Use your walk time to go through your wedding checklist or blast tunes and forget all wedding stress. It is totally doable! I agree with aiming for the 5-8 lb lost. You can do this and just remember though - its one day in your life and you're starting a new one with your favorite person. Above all try to enjoy this time and you can do it!0
