Jumping back in after 4 months of slacking

I stopped counting calories and tracking food in June. I'm not sure why and then once I stopped, it was harder and harder to think about going back. I gained a few pounds (no kidding) and I need to get back with it. I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow and hope to make some good choices. I crave sugar something fierce. I feel like if I can get over that, I can get over anything and then I won't want it anymore.

So the tracking starts this weekend and I need to be accountable to myself again. Plus I have my 30 year HS reunion in July so that's a major incentive.

  • Yeah sorry. I was more of an announcement to myself. I struggle with my sugar cravings and can only hope to do better each day.
