Hey there,

My name is Ann and I am from Cape Breton, Canada. I have been on MFP for a few weeks and just love the tools available. I am looking for "friends" as a support system to share my journey with.

I am 46 years old, have 2 boys, ages 19 and 15, and a wonderful, supportive significant other. I work in healthcare and have a home based candy business. As I am diabetic and have arthritis, I have decided to take charge of my health. I want to be around for my kids and future grandbabies. I would love to share in the experiences and journies with others.
