...at home? I'm going straight to my boyfriend's house after work today (can't go to the gym) and I don't think he has any workout videos aside from P90X Ab Ripper. I may try it. But aside from that, anyone have a good at-home routine I can do without equipment? It's raining, or else I would just go for a run lol

If you can stream hulu or netflix on his tv or computer, you could look up some work out videos.
Otherwise, when I get stuck like that, I make up a small circuit and repeat it till I've worked out for however long I need. Today mine looks like:
Arms - tricep dips, push ups
Legs - squats, lunges, wall sits
Core - bicycle crunches, planks, reverse crunches, leg lifts
then I run in place for 2 minutes and do all those over again. usually 20-30 reps each round.0 -

You can do the usual calisthenic (body weight) exercise's. Do a youtube search and you can find plenty. That plus the P90X Ab Ripper should do nicely.0
