Monday I was totally gung-ho on getting started with working out and all. I was feeling a cold coming on, but I thought it was just a day bug. I worked out & it felt great! Then Tues I felt worst, Wed still bad & today UGH, still sick! I find it hard to stay motivated while sick. Im just venting because Im frustrated that my body cant do what my minds wants right now. Being sick s_cks! Thanks for listening.

I completely sympathize. I have horrible allergies and very mild asthma. Combined with heat intolerance and the deep south, I'm sick most of the year, and even when I do work out, my workouts aren't nearly as long or strenuous as I want them to be.
I thought at first when I lost a lot of weight I'd really be able to up my workout intensity, but nope. When your body is sick for whatever reason, you have to put up with its limitations. And in my case daily dream of moving to somewhere cold and dry!0 -
i never get sick , and if i do, i overdose on vitamin c, like 4600% daily allowance.0

Lol, can so feel your pain. It seems every time I get into eating healthy & working out, for some reason I get a cold. In fact, I recently just recovered from 2 boughts. Which is hilarious because when I was overweight & unhealthy I never got sick. It feels like my own body is working against me!0

Lucky you. I take Vit C too. Womans immunity is sometimes weakened by having kids...you dont have to worry about that!0
