Where do you go after 30 Day Shred?

After the 30 Day Shred is completed, where do I go from there? Do I keep doing Level 3? Do I restart Level 1 and try to keep up with the harder moves? Do I stay on Level 3? Should I try Insanity or some other exercise routine?

I'm on Level 2 Day 9, and not sure where to go when the last few days are up.

You can try Ripped in 30. It's the same format (circuits). I did it after 30DS but I got bored quickly, so I incorporated some other stuff in there too. I'm doing P90X lean now and honestly, there are LOT of the same exact moves in the workouts that Jillian has in 30DS and RI30. It's challenging (especially because the workouts are longer) but I think Jillian's programs are a great prep for it. I don't know anything about Insanity but I know lots of people on here do it so hopefully someone else will comment.

    Good luck! :)

I'm not sure what what P90X and R130 are.
  • If you like 30 Day Shred, then I highly recommend Body Revolution. It's spendy but so worth it. I've tried Jillian's other workouts and didn't like them at all, so I'm surprised at how much I'm loving this system! ( I'm an advanced exerciser, so I skipped Phase One and started with Phase Two.)

I was going to say Ripped in 30 also. I liked that one better than 30DS in any case.
