new question i think...

Hi, i'm new to mfp and new to this whole forum thing.
Mostly I just have a question
I am doing body weight based exercises at this time to get started. I am doing squats- using a fitness ball (under my hip/thigh area) for support in that area while doing modified push ups- using resistance bands for rows, lat pulls, etc...and doing rebounding for cardio.
My question is, when I add these exercises to the exercise tracker it sometimes asks for weights, so I'm not sure what to put down, as I am using resistance bands and my own body weight for the resistance. Also, it seems that it does not mark any calories burned for doing these exercises.
While I understand that it would vary greatly between the people doing them etc, there could be at least a minimum figure for them shouldn't there? Just wondering.
thanks in advance for any thoughts you might have about this

I personally use a heart rate monitor to tell me my calorie count loss. It seems the most accurate. You can however find calories burned calculator.... I have used: http://www.fitclick.com/calories_burned

You can find different workouts, videos, weights, etc. on that website. Hope that helps.
