What is your favorite store bought or healthy protein drink concoction .......need some good recipes...thank you..:)

    I really like the Kellogg's Milk Chocolate Protein drink.

    I like chocolate whey protein powder w/almond unsweetened milk and a teaspoon of all natural peanut butter.Or I will use my whey protein chocolate powder w/coconut milk.Both taste refreshing!:)

    Im looking for protein powder recommendations too! Esp a brand that costco carries. (or not if healthier options !)

    I like Body Fortress chocolate (strawberry once in a while). Major protein, low on everything else. I bought Six Sigma by mistake and did not like it near so well.

    I do not use it as a meal replacement per se. I have multiple small meals throughout day and may drink the protein as a small meal or with a snack. After one scoop, I am good for 3-4 hours with no hunger.
