I've eaten 39 oz. of red meat in the last 3 days and my sat. fat daily totals are 17, 22, and 17(so far, likely 22-25 total for today) for the days.
Why do the 2 automatically get associated any time diet is discussed?
They don't have to be directly correlated.
Just a pet peeve of mine when seeing red meat discussed in health articles.

I guess they are thinking the only red meat is a big juicy ribeye steak. That'll get your saturated fat up there quick. I agree though, the two do not need to be put together.0
