UK newbie needing support & motivation

I'm not really a newbie but have never posted on the forum. I have hit a bit of a wall and weight loss has slowed a lot.
My plan is to lose total of 105lb.
I've been on my journey since 2nd Jan 2012 and have lost 73lb so far.
Just wondered what others have done when they get to this stage? What tips do you have for keeping willpower during the slow weight loss weeks?
