I use my fitness pal with fitbit to determine the healthy amount of calories for me to intake per day in order for me to lose weight. They have both set a goal for me around 1275 calories but I never find myself eating that much ever because I find I am never hungry enough for that much food. Is that bad? It says I am putting my body into "starvation" mode but I just am not as hungry as I guess I should be. What do you guys think?

Eat more! Eat the calories MFP gives you plus at least half of the calories you burn from exercise.0
