Chicken breast, cilantro & lime quinoa, black beans, and faux guacamole (avocado and plain yogurt--I was skeptical, but it's yum!!). I thought it was delicious, but my husband not so much. Oh, well. That means I get all the leftovers!! :bigsmile:0

I found this yummy recipe I am gonna try tomorrow night for dinner! It is Feta-crusted Salmon it sounds delicious!! I am gonna make some asparagus to go with it also0

Broiled tilapia with lime and butter, Bow tie pasta with lime sauce and peas. 338 calories and Yummy. Oh and a Honeycrisp apple for desert. These are so addicting.0

Grilled chicken breast on a bed of rice wih black beans, topped with pico de gallo. Only 570 calories, and absolutely delicious.0
